Important
From December 23 to January 2 is always considered high season.
The Easter week is always considered high season.
HOSPITALITY: In high season reservation at least a week, while in low and middle season the potential for short stays of two nights.
The price includes the consumption of electricity, water, gas, wood for fireplace, bathroom and bedroom linen, final cleaning.
Is excluded the use of heating which has a cost of 2, oo € / hour.
In the event of a two week stay, the linen is changed once a week and is included in the price, while cleaning, if required, at an additional cost of € 30.00.
Extra bed for child under 12 years is free.
Is required upon arrival a deposit of € 100.00, which serves to ensure that damage and is returned in full upon departure if there are no amounts to be deducted.
The pet is permitted in the apartment for € 30.00 per week.
BOOKING: You must send a deposit of 30% of the total amount by money order or wire transfer.
The balance is due upon arrival with the delivery of the premises.
We do not accept credit cards.
Check in: from 15:00 to 19:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Check out: by 10:00.
